Sandra Spence Hartman

As owner of Coming Attractions I have been helping individuals develop their personal and professional image and communication skills for 32 years. I have appeared as a trainer, consultant, model, and stylist for numerous companies throughout the country, as well as working as the Ohio State Restaurant Training Directress.

As a certified Adult Trainer, Image Consultant, member of American Society for Training & Development, licensed cosmetologist and stylist, professional model with a BA in Organizational Communication, my goal is quite simple: to help all people realize they have the power to improve themselves. And once someone realizes that potential, and I assist with developing it, you'll see it works wonders to help you reach your personal or professional goals.

A recent Gallup study involving executives and managers from a variety of industries has proven that image does matter. According to the study attractive and well dressed candidates received job offers and promotions more than 78% of the time compared to less well presented candidates.
